She joined Walgreens as part of the 2010 Duane Reade acquisition and was named divisional merchandise manager. In 2011, she was promoted to general merchandise manager of corporate strategy and innovation. In 2012, she became divisional vice president of category strategy, innovation, and space management. She was promoted to her current position in August 2013.

Between 1994 and 2002, Stiller held merchandising and retailing positions at Loblaw Cos., Chapters Bookstores, and Sklar Wilton & Associates, all in Toronto. She then held several positions at Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto, including senior director of private brands, before moving to Duane Reade in 2009. Her positions there most recently included senior director of category management and merchandising.

Stiller received an honors business administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 1993. She currently resides in Winnetka, Ill.
