Ahmet C. Bozer

President, Coca-Cola International

Photograph by Aaron Richter for Bloomberg BusinessweekAhmet C. Bozer is president of Coca-Cola International, which consists of the company’s Europe, Pacific, and Eurasia and Africa operations. Before assuming his current role, Bozer served as president, Eurasia & Africa Group, where he led the company’s business activities in more than 90 countries.

Bozer began his career with Coca-Cola in 1990 as a financial control manager in Atlanta. He moved to Turkey in 1992 as region finance manager. In 1994, he joined the Coca-Cola Bottlers of Turkey (now Coca-Cola Icecek) as finance director and was named managing director in 1998. In 2000, Bozer rejoined the company as president of the Eurasia Division, which became the Eurasia & Middle East Division in 2003, covering 36 countries and including the Adriatic and Balkans region. In 2006, he assumed the additional leadership responsibility for the Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus Division. In 2007, with the addition of the India and South West Asia Division under his responsibilities, Bozer was named president of the Eurasia Group.

Before joining Coca-Cola, Bozer spent five years in various audit, consultancy, and management roles with Coopers & Lybrand in Atlanta. He holds a master’s of science in business information systems from Georgia State University in the U.S. and a bachelor of science in business administration from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey.

A founding member of the Coca-Cola Turkey Life Plus Foundation, Bozer also previously served as head of the U.S.-Pakistan Business Council. He sits on Coca-Cola’s Public Policy & Corporate Reputation Council and is a former board member of the Turkish Educational Volunteers Foundation, the Coca-Cola Foundation, and the Coca-Cola Turkey Life Plus Foundation.
