Spot Gasoline in San Francisco Weakens to One-Week Low

California-blend gasoline, or Carbob, in San Francisco retreated 2.5c to discount of 1.5c/gal. vs Nymex futures at 429pm N.Y. time, data compiled by Bloomberg show. * Carbob in Los Angeles unchanged for third straight day at 12.5c premium * Carb diesel in San Francisco also unchanged at 9.5c discount * Same fuel in Los Angeles weakened 1.5c to 7.5c discount * Discount for conventional gasoline in Portland, Ore., widened 0.75c to 13.75c/gal. * Portland diesel declined 6.5c to 4c discount * 3-2-1 crack spread narrowed $1.44 to $13.89/bbl at 429pm N.Y. time * NOTE: Phillips 66 (PSX:US) finished planned maintenance at Los Angeles area refinery, co. spokesman said yesterday
