General Electric Co. (GE:US) agreed to supply and install 67 turbines at a wind farm in southeastern Australia.
GE will also provide maintainence services for 10 years at the 113-megawatt Boco Rock wind farm in New South Wales, the company said today in a statement.
Continental Wind Partners is developing the A$350 million ($324 million) project and the Thai utility Electricity Generating PCL (EGCO) will take ownership once it’s complete. GE is working with construction company Downer EDI Ltd. (DOW)
