Dubai to Triple Tourism Revenue to 300 Billion Dirhams by 2020

Dubai plans to double the number of visitors to 20 million by 2020 and triple annual revenue from the industry to 300 billion dirhams ($82 billion).

The emirate’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, yesterday approved the “Dubai Vision for Tourism” program to build developments and infrastructure, according to an e-mailed statement from the government.
