N.J. Transit Director Says Fares Won’t Increase for Fourth Year

New Jersey Transit fares won’t rise for a fourth straight year, as the agency gets full federal reimbursement for the first 15 days of its response to Hurricane Sandy, executive director James Weinstein said today at a budget hearing in Trenton.
