Federal Service on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring comments for April-Sept. in statement distributed to reporters in Moscow today. * Volga, Southern districts, southern parts of Central, Ural and Siberian federal districts may have less rain * Weather will be more favorable for crops in Southern, North- Caucasus federal districts, which are main grain exporting areas, in April-May compared * Early wildfires conditions are seen in the south of the Siberian federal district during crops development period April- Sept * Altered wildfires risks are expected in some parts of the Central, Southern Volga and Ural federal districts in July-Sept
