Treasury 10-Year Notes Drop, With Yield Rising to 1.90 Percent

Treasuries declined, pushing 10-year note yields up two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 1.90 percent as of 9:12 a.m. London time. Two-year yields were little changed at 0.24 percent.
