Spanish Hydro Reserves Increase Last Week; Power Output Falls

Spanish water reserves for hydropower generation rose in the past week, the country’s Environment Ministry said.

Hydropower output capacity climbed to 11,449 gigawatt-hours from 11,392 gigawatt-hour a week earlier, the ministry said today. Actual hydro generation fell to 766.8 gigawatt-hour in the week to March 3 from 795.4 gigawatt-hour in the previous week.
