Italian 10-Year Bonds Open Lower; Yield Advances to 4.87 Percent

Italian 10-year government bonds opened lower, with the yield climbing eight basis points, or 0.08 percentage point, to 4.87 percent at 7:10 a.m. London time.

The rate on similar-maturity Spanish bonds advanced six basis points to 5.16 percent.
