Three charities split 1.3 mln pounds ($1.97 mln) worth of fines imposed on banks for rigging interest rates, BBC reports, citing Chancellor George Osborne. * Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association receiving 1.1 mln pounds, Felix Fund receiving 65,000 pounds, Tickets for Troops receiving 160,000 pounds * Government said in October it would distribute 35 mln pounds in Libor fines for military personnel * Remaining funds will be distributed during next two years
