New Europe Property to Buy $95 Million Romania Building, ZF Says

New Europe Property Investment Plc. (NEPI) may buy an office building in Romania’s capital Bucharest for about 70 million euros ($95 million), Ziarul Financiar reported today, citing unidentified people with knowledge about the deal.

The building is being sold by Dinu Patriciu Global Services, a company owned by Dinu Patriciu, one of Romania’s richest men and AIG Lincoln Properties GmbH, according to the Bucharest-based newspaper.

The companies involved in the transaction didn’t comment the information, Ziarul Financiar said.
