Morgan Stanley Investment Banker Peter Bacon to Leave Firm

Peter Bacon, head of Morgan Stanley (MS)’s capital-markets group in Europe, is leaving the firm.

Bacon, 50, plans to pursue other opportunities, according to an internal memo from Raj Dhanda, the New York-based company’s head of global capital markets. A copy of the memo was obtained by Bloomberg News and the contents were confirmed by Mary Claire Delaney, a spokeswoman.
