U.K. Stocks Rise to Highest Since 2008 as Unilever Gains

U.K. stocks climbed, sending the benchmark FTSE 100 Index up 0.3 percent to 6,196.7 at 3:17 p.m. in London. Tullow Oil Plc, Unilever Plc and Petrofac Ltd. paced the advance, all gaining more than 2 percent.
