Rolta International Inc. said it won a systems and services modernization contract at Memphis Light Gas & Water for an Oracle Corp. (ORCL) e-business project.

The two-year, $31 million contract at the largest three- service municipal utility in the U.S. includes customizing and deploying Oracle information technologies to replace a 22-year- old system and boost efficiencies, the Mumbai-based subsidiary of Rolta India Ltd. (RLTA) said today in a statement.
