Citigroup Inc. (C)’s Mark Rufeh, head of expense management and re-engineeering, will leave the company and the head of consumer operations and technology, Richard Garside, will retire.

Citigroup detailed the changes today in a memo to employeees by Don Callahan, the New York-based bank’s chief administrative officer. Shannon Bell, director of corporate communications, confirmed the contents of the memo.

Scott Tanguay and Mark Torkos will serve as interim co- heads of the consumer operations and technology group, according

to the memo.
