Forest River, the recreational vehicle unit owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., bought the majority of a Wakarusa, Indiana, facility owned by Spartan Motors Inc. (SPAR)

The deal is part of Spartan’s plan to consolidate facilities, the Charlotte, Michigan-based seller said today in a regulatory filing.
