U.S. Sues Amazon.com, Macy’s Over Alleged Textile Mislabeling

Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) and Macy’s Inc. (M) were sued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission over claims the retailers misled consumers with claims that fabrics they sold were made of bamboo fiber, according to lawsuits filed in federal court in Washington.
