Calapan Ventures Plans to Build Water System for Philippine City

Calapan Ventures Inc. (H2O), a unit of Jolliville Holdings Corp. (JOH), plans to invest about 320 million pesos ($8 million) to build a water system in La Union, the utility said in a statement to the Phillipine Stock Exchange.
