German Government Bonds Decline; 10-Year Yields Advance to 1.38%

German government bonds declined, pushing the yield on the 10-year security up six basis points, or 0.06 percentage point, to 1.38 percent at 7:16 a.m. London time. Two-year note yields climbed two basis points to zero percent.
