SandRidge Energy Inc. (SD) agreed to sell assets in the Permian Basin to closely held Sheridan Production Partners II for $2.6 billion in cash.
The properties sold produced the equivalent of about 24,500 barrels of oil a day at the end of the third quarter, Oklahoma City-based SandRidge said in a statement today.
