Trinidad & Tobago Seeks Developers for New Port, Guardian Says

Trinidad & Tobago will seek bids for a new port to accommodate larger ships from an expanded Panama Canal, the Guardian reported, citing Transport Minister Chandresh Sharma.

The port will be developed in the town of La Brea over the next three years, when the canal expansion project is completed, the Port of Spain-based newspaper said today.
