Tina Maze of Slovenia had the top time in the Super-G to take a lead into this afternoon’s slalom in the women’s skiing World Cup super combined event in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
Maze finished the 43-gate course in 1 minute, 19.06 seconds, 0.01 seconds faster than Lara Gut of Switzerland. Germany’s Maria Hoefl-Riesch is in third, another 0.05 seconds back, with American Lyndsey Vonn in fourth, 0.27 seconds behind Maze.
The second run starts at 1:30 p.m. local time in Switzerland.
