IRPC Offers Heavy Naphtha Cargo for January Loading From Rayong

IRPC Pcl (IRPC) offered to sell 30,000 to 50,000 metric tons of heavy naphtha for loading in January from Rayong, Thailand, a company official said.

Bids closed yesterday and are to be valid until this evening, the official said, asking not to be named because of company policy.
