European Coal for Next Year Declines for Fourth Straight Day

European coal for 2013 delivery dropped for a fourth consecutive day.

Thermal coal for delivery next year to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Antwerp declined as much as 40 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $95.50 a metric ton, the lowest level since Nov. 28, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. It was at $95.65 at 10:22 a.m. London time.
