Innova Capital, a Poland-based private equity fund, acquired a majority stake in EnergoBit ESCO SA, a Romanian supplier of electricity equipment, Ziarul Financiar reported.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development also bought a minority stake in EnergoBit, the Bucharest-based newspaper said, citing Stefan Gadola and Ioan Socea, two of the company’s founding shareholders. The value of the transaction wasn’t disclosed, according to Ziarul Financiar.
