Huadian Power International Co. (600027), a Chinese electricity producer, began operating four wind farms with a total capacity of 198 megawatts.

Two of the farms, of 49.5 megawatts each, are held by its Hebei Huadian Yuzhou Wind Power Co. unit and two by its Huadian Ningxia Ningdong Wind Power Co., it said today in a statement. Huadian said it controls installed capacity of 31.7 gigawatts.
