Ukrainian agriculture company Astarta Holding N.V. (AST) signed a financing agreement of as much as $40 million with the World Bank’s International Financial Corporation.
The loan is to be used for a soybean crushing plant, construction of a biogas facility and the expansion of agricultural land as well as infrastructure projects aimed at increasing production, the company, based in the capital Kiev, said in a regulatory statement today.
