Christie Sees New Jersey Bus System at 100% by Nov. 5

Eighty percent of New Jersey Transit bus routes are back in service, said Governor Chris Christie, who expects the system to be fully operational by Nov. 5.

Christie spoke to reporters today in Brick, New Jersey.
