Wales Leaves Captain Warburton Out of Rugby Team to Face Samoa

Wales left captain Sam Warburton out of the rugby team to play Samoa in Cardiff in two days, replacing him with Ospreys flanker Justin Tipuric.

Interim coach Rob Howley made eight changes from the team beaten 26-12 by Argentina last weekend. Ryan Jones takes over as captain from Warburton, who is among the replacements.
