Aeropuertos Argentina CEO Resigns; Palaez Named New Head

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 SA, operator of the nation’s three largest airports, said Chief Executive Officer Ernesto Gutierrez Conte resigned for personal reasons and was replaced by Fernando Pelaez.

The company, known as AA 2000, also appointed Maximo Bomchil to take over Gutierrez’s role as president, according to a filing to the local stock market today.

Gutierrez’s resignation was effective today. He will handle other projects at AA 2000’s owner, Grupo Corporacion America, the company said.
