Energoprojekt Holding AD (ENHL), a Serbian engineering company, signed a $43.8 million building contract in Russia.

Energoprojekt’s unit Visokogradnja (EPVI) will build offices for pipeline operator Gazprom Transgaz OOO in northern Ukhta, the Belgrade-based company said in an e-mailed statement today.
