Federal Grid Co. (FEES) plans to start selling electricity to customers after merging with OAO MRSK Holding (MRSK), Vedomosti newspaper reported, citing an MRSK presentation to the Ministry of Energy.

MRSK owns stakes in 12 power distribution companies in Russia and plans to manage several other ones, the newspaper said.
