Treasuries Fall; 10-Year Yield Rises 3 Basis Points to 1.71%

Treasuries fell, with 10-year yields rising three basis points, to 1.71 percent at 8:38 a.m. London time. Thirty-year bond yields climbed three basis points to 2.83 percent.
