Raja SA, a water utility on the Black Sea in Romania’s Constanta county, is seeking bids to upgrade about 56 million lei ($16 million) of water and sewage systems, a European Union procurement document showed.
Raja plans to rehabilitate and extend waste collection and upgrade a wastewater pump station in the city of Constanta for 32.3 million lei. Bids must be submitted by Nov. 5.
The company also plans to extend and upgrade water and wastewater systems in Ialomita county west of Constanta for about 23.7 million lei. Bids must be submitted by Nov. 11.
