U.S. Exporters Sell 180,000 Tons of Corn to Japan, USDA Says

U.S. exporters reported sales of 180,000 metric tons of corn to Japan for delivery in the year that starts Sept. 1, 2013, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said today in an e-mailed statement.

Shippers must report any export transaction of 100,000 tons or more for any commodity sold in one day to a single destination.
