Gazprom, Itochu To Sign Vladivostok LNG Accord, Nikkei Says

OAO Gazprom (GAZP) has reached an agreement to build a liquefied natural gas plant with Japan’s Itochu Corp. (8001) and Japan Petroleum Exploration Co. (1662) in Vladivostok, Nikkei reported without saying where it got the information. * Russia President Vladimir Putin and Japan’s Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda will attend the signing of the so-called basic accord, Nikkei said. * The agreement will be signed during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in the Russian city, it said.
