August 31, 2012

Ukraine’s quarantine office that inspects plants before being shipped in or out of the country has impeded exports of corn, barley and soybeans this month, Kommersant-Ukraine reported, citing Leonid Kozachenko, the president of the Ukrainian Grain Association.
