Canada Canola Crush Fell 2.8% in Week; Soy Processing Rose 4.2%

Canadian mills processed 2.8 percent less canola and soybean crushing rose 4.2 percent in the week ended Aug. 29, an industry group said.

Mills processed 94,430 metric tons of canola, and 27,056 tons of soybeans, the Winnipeg, Manitoba-based Canadian Oilseed Processors Association said today in an e-mail.
