ONGC Offers 700,000 Barrels of November Sokol Crude in Tender

ONGC Videsh Ltd. is offering to sell 700,000 barrels of Russian Sokol crude for loading in November, according to a tender document obtained by Bloomberg News.

The company is a wholly owned unit of Oil & Natural Gas Corp., India’s largest explorer. Details of the offer are as follow:

Crude:        Sokol
Quantity:     700,000 barrels
Loading:      Nov. 16 to Nov. 19
Port:         DeKastri Terminal, Russia’s Far East
Bids open:    Sept. 3, 9:30 a.m. New Delhi time
Bid validity: Sept. 4, 6:30 p.m. New Delhi time
