Ecom Hires ABN Amro, Credit Agricole for $300 Million Loan

August 20, 2012

Ecom Agroindustrial Corp., a supplier of commodity raw materials, hired banks to arrange a $300 million credit line to refinance a facility maturing in October.

ABN Amro Bank and Credit Agricole SA are arranging the 364- day revolving credit that can be extended by another year, the banks said in a statement today.

The credit line will replace the Pully, Switzerland-based company’s $530 million facility signed last year, according to the statement.
