iPhone 5 Ice Cream a Bestseller in China’s Shenyang, Daily Says

iPhone 5-brand ice cream is a bestseller in the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang in Liaoning province, China Daily reported, citing local vendors.

The ice cream, which went on sale in April, is produced by the Deshi Group, the newspaper said. The company submitted an application to register the trademark “iPhone 5” to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce last year, the newspaper cited Gao Yuxin, head of the company’s marketing division, as saying.
