Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM), Royal Dutch Shell Plc (RDSA), OMV AG (OMV) and Ukraine’s state-run NAK Nadra Ukrainy, bidding jointly, won a product-share agreement for the Skifske oil and gas field on the Black Sea shelf, Interfax-Ukraine newswire reported, citing Eduard Stavytskyi, Ukraine’s ecology minister.
