Russia Agrees to Import Ukraine Pipes Duty-Free, Interfax Says

Russia agreed to import 150,000 tons of Ukrainian steel pipes in the second half of this year without levying customs duty, Interfax-Ukraine newswire reported, citing Valeriy Muntiyan, the Ukrainian government representative for cooperation with Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
