Rodobens Negocios Imobiliarios SA (RDNI3), a Brazilian real-estate company, said second-quarter net income was 31.8 million reais ($15.8 million), or 66 centavos a share, compared to a loss of 8.18 million reais, or 17 centavos in the year-earlier period.

Sales rose 68 percent to 238.8 million reais, according to a regulatory filing yesterday.
