EU May Cut Import Duty for Ukraine’s Interpipe, Kommersant Says

The European Union may lower import duties for Interpipe (NITR), a Ukrainian maker of pipes, for the second time since July, Kommersant-Ukraine reported, citing European Commission documents.

The European Commission passed a draft resolution to the EU Council that envisages cutting the duty to 13.8 percent from 17.7 percent, according to the newspaper. The tax was decreased to 17.7 percent from 25.1 percent last month, Kommersant said.
