Saudi Airlines Cargo Raises Handling 26% in First Half This Year

Saudi Airlines Cargo Co. increased the cargo it carried by 26 percent in the first half of this year to 251,500 tons from a year earlier on more exports to Europe, East Africa and the United Arab Emirates.

“We experienced all-time records in May and June 2012,” Fahad Hammad, Chief Executive Officer of Saudia Cargo, said in a statement on its website dated July 29. “We expect the growth to continue in the second half of 2012.”
