Low-cost Hungarian airline Wizz Air Ltd. has started negotiations with Russia’s transportation ministry in a bid to start flights inside the country, RBC Daily said, citing several unidentified representatives in the industry and the ministry.

The company and the ministry exchanged letters, the newspaper said. Wizz Air declined to comment when contacted by the newspaper, RBC said.
