An arbitrary and immediate end of production tax credits may have a “devastating effect” on the U.S. renewable-energy industry, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Jon Wellinghoff said.

Wellinghoff commented today at a Platts Energy Podium in Washington today.
