Treasury 10-year notes rose on concern the European Central Bank won’t win support from policy makers for a plan to ease the euro area’s debt crisis. Yields on the benchmark note fell two basis points, or 0.02 percentage point, to 1.53 percent at 10:30 a.m. in New York.
